Kinetic R1 Direct Drive Bike Trainer
I currently have a Cycleops Jet Fluid Pro wheel on trainer. Thinking about purchasing a Kinetic R1 Direct Drive Bike Trainer. The rock and roll component seems interesting. They are currently on sale for $759 vs $959. Any thoughts or input?

@Bill Eckert DC Rainmaker has a thorough and pretty positive review here: https://www.dcrainmaker.com/2018/09/kinetic-r1-trainer-direct-drive.html
Also worth reading the many comments. This is a 2018 review, so keep that in mind.
Thanks Sue. I looked at that review and it seemed pretty positive even though it was early in the production and is a little old. I was hoping for some feedback from anyone on the team that might be using other rock n roll trainers as opposed to a rocker plate.
I decided to go ahead and purchase it as the sale was ending. It arrived yesterday (12/12) and I am going to get it set up for use by my Saturday ride. I also got the turntable riser block to use the steering capability in Zwift on the mountain bike trail. I will post updates here on what I think about the trainer and the block.
