NOS 2020 Run - Week 7
Can you believe it we are already at week 7. Hard to believe after this week we are have way done with this years OS. So how are you feeling, is the fatigue setting in yet. I know I feel it on the runs the days after the harder bike sessions, how about you?
Everyone continues to do; repeat miles and some 800s at Z4 depending on level.
Run Focus
- 5/5/6 are the number to remember for the # of times to run this week (LV1/2/3)
- Weekend: you run both Sat and Sun, with Sat @ - 1:30 on the long run and Sun @ - 45 post the C&C ride
Bike Focus:
- 4/5/6 are the numbers to remember for # of times to run this week
- Weekend: You run after the bike for 65-85 mins on Sunday

Ack! After my long run this weekend, my right hip got grumpy. I got my first run of the week done but it's still complaining. I'm made a "let's nip this in the bud" appointment with my PT for Wednesday.
I stupidly did my TM run this morning before going to the PT. At first, all was well. I made it all the way to the cool down and then my right leg started acting out even worse than before. Me no happy.
So sorry to hear Janyne. Taking needed time is a hard discipline. Hopefully the PT was able to prescribe a course to recovery.
