IMFL - week 3
Hey! I've been out of the loop traveling for a long holiday weekend and ended up sick so this week has pretty much been a wash for me. I did ride my trainer for an hour today to try to get my legs moving and my HR up... since I'm an HR athlete I was hitting my numbers without much effort (I guess being sick is good for something ). I have an OLY this Sunday which should be interesting. Still planning on doing it for fun/training.
Not sure how I'm going to continue on since I have one more HIM about the time of the 12 week get serious mark. Since this week was so low, I might do one more OS week then do the last 5 HIM weeks then pick up at week 11 for IM... initially the coaches suggested 4 OS weeks then pick up IM with 5 to go, but I want to be sure I'm ready for the HIM (Timberman) in August. Any thoughts?
