2020 Seminars Looking for Facilitators [Pick Your Topic!]
Folks, the 2020 season is upon us and it's time to lock down some more Seminars.
As a refresher for you, an Endurance Nation seminar is member-led and member-driven. These are different than the coach lessons which happen each month and our regular monthly office hours with Coach Patrick. You can find both of those listed in our team calendarthese are different than the coast lessons which happen each month and our regular monthly office hours with Coach Patrick. You can find both of those listed in our Team Calendar.
There is a facilitator to keep things going during the hour, but essentially:
- Every participant has the chance to Speak up to 3 minutes on the topic, sharing what they know or have learned (experience counts); this could include images or slides you want to share;
- After everyone who wants to speak has had their chance, the facilitator will open the floor to questions.
- The entire event is recorded online and is saved for your teammates to view in the future and learn from this conversation.
Total time for a Seminar is about an Hour. Being a facilitator is super easy, the instructions are here. And anyone can participate, we just ask that you RSVP to the event so we know how many are attending and who is interested.
