Racing 70.3 Ohio, Where to stay?

Has anyone done 70.3 Ohio? It has a split T1&T2, and not all that many places to stay, whether AirBnB or Hotel/Motel/Inn.Just wondering best place to stay based on these logistics. Anyone have a recommendation? I found nothing in the forum or race central. We like to cook our own meals, but can punt if a hotel is the best location. Thanks!

  • Sue, I’ve done this race in years past and am doing it again in 2020. Realistically there’s no place to stay in Delaware. Look for a hotel/Air b&b on the north side of Columbus. Specifically look in the Dublin, Worthington or Westerville/Polaris areas. They’re all about 10 miles south of Delaware and its an easy drive in the morning. Plus Columbus has anything that you might need last minute. I personally stay in the Dublin area and drive into Delaware from the west

Hope that helps. Let me know if you have any questions.

  • @Sue DeJesus I've done this race a couple times and agree with Daniel. We stayed at Residence Inn Polaris both times and was plenty convenient to the race and all things.

  • @Jeff Horn , @Daniel Huhn Thanks so much for this information!!
