Lake Placid Mini Camp - July 9-12
Last year I did a solo mini camp with @Andrew Lustigman 2 weeks before the race. If anyone is doing LP (or Tremblant) I will be doing it again this year.
We can all plan on the same hotel or get an AirBnB in town.
my plan as per last year is:
Thursday - Arrive and swim a full swim before dark
Friday - bike 112/ Run 3-5
Saturday - repeat Friday's wko
Sunday - run 12-16 on the run course
the dates will be July 9-12, two weeks before the race.
