2020 Full Plan Bike WKOs ZWIFT β and Trainer Road π² (pending)

There is a tab for bike focus, run focus and minimalist. This makes it easy to compare and see what's copyable, etc.
Before you start:
- These are TWELVE WEEK PLANS now. There is another 4 week "prep" plan but most of you don't Do weeks 20 to 13, so I don't think we need to build these workouts. THOUGHTS?
- bikes in Full Bike and Run Focus are the same except Week 10 intervals on THU vs Wed
- bikes in Minimalist are same except Weeks 7 and 8 Thursday intervals (they are copied from weeks 8 and 9 in the Bike Focus plan, respectively).Β
Based on those bullets ^above^Β I think that Bike-Focus and Run-Focus plans can have the SAME WORKOUTS...no need to split them. This would mean: 2020 Full Week 1 Tuesday L1, 2020 Full Week 1 Tuesday L2, 2020 Full Week 1 Tuesday L3 workouts.
In fact, you could just rename the minimalist ones for weeks 7 and 8 so those folks can find them.
This strategy would cut workouts to be created (and managed in half).
Outputs:
- Level 1, 2, and 3 workouts for Zwift
- Level 1, 2, and 3 workouts for TrainerRoad
There are volunteer benefits for this...ideally done by 1/17 if possible...

while I don't have the time to do this for the spring, I am happy to help coordinate and assist a group who would be doing this as I did with the guys who pumped out the OS plans...
Are there Zwift files for the new plans?
Hey Coach, now that I have finished the OS, I will get started on it. I will take a first swing at it this weekend and then see how much I can get done. I can only do Zwift though.

I can help with the Zwift files. I oould also do Trainer Road but I do not have an account any more. @Ralph Moore let me know how you want to split them up.
@Bill Eckert if you want to start on the Saturday and Sunday Rides, I have started on the Weekdays, that looks like it will come out about even. What do you say?
@Ralph Moore @Bill Eckert wow..this is super helpful for Zwift...please note that the interval workouts for Half and full are the same during the week. I think you need to copy and rename them in the workout editor for the names to show up properly, but that should make things easier. So Tuesday will have a L1, L2, and L3 version...but it's the same for Half and Full plans so should be just three workouts to create, then three to copy and rename and you are done.

Saturday and Sunday, Weeks 1 through 4 are done. No plan for the Wk3 Challenge Ride. I can do one but figure most people will probably just free ride this one.
Where do I upload them to?

I went to download these files and all of the file names appear but the file sizes are all 0 bytes.
I checked them yesterday and saw the same. I have sent @Coach Patrick a message to let him know.
