Olympic Bike Pacing

Hi,

I have a B/C Olympic coming up on the way to a half I'm training for.  I searched the wiki but couldn't find any power/pacing recommendations for how to target the event (specifically the bike portion).  I'm a 1:15 or so 40k guy, so my plan was to aim for something in the 90% FTP range.  Does that sound reasonable or should I leave more in the tank?

In previous races (without a powermeter), I would usually just target staying in upper zone 3/zone 4 for most of the bike.
