Where is the power racing zone calculator/spreadsheet?

I know, rookie question, but I can't find it.  I have the pdf with the image, but can't find the xls.  Figured it might be useful for IMUSA.

I believe we're being moved away from the Train map and fully to the Wiki.

Maybe RnP should just cut the cord and force us one way or another. Having mismanaged links through the train map can be frustrating, to say the least.
