New 14 Week VASA Supplement Plan

This 14 week plan was designed to be utilized in the Winter, either as part of your OutSeason® build or as part of a "re-entry" into Swim Training on your VASA. There are two sessions a week:

  • Mondays = A progressive build in three, 3-week installments moving from 50s (Fast) to 100s (Tempo).
  • Fridays = More on the endurance side, with sets of 100s building your overall stamina.

The goal will be to move you to a successful 2k Time Trial swim by the end of week 14. You'll do several 1k "test" swims so you can recalibrate your swim numbers (watts and cadence) as you go.
