How Could This Be?
I finished IM France on Jun 27. Took one + weeks off with no cycling. Just walking, a swim, and a couple of runs. Yesterday, I went on my first bike with a local group expecting to go easy. Well these guys started hammering. My legs felt great so I kept up with them. So, I looked at my power meter file at the end of my 90 min ride and my normalized power was 347, well above my 242 FTP. Is that possible?

First thought is did you calibrate before the ride?
That would be a huge jump if its real, one way to see is go out and see if you can hold those numbers.
Is your PM still set on metric Watts, or have you changed it back to Imperial units since you got back to the US?
Sorry but no its not possible if your FTP was really actually anywhere near 250 a couple of weeks ago for you to have ridden an hour and a half at 350.
To piggyback on Chris...Even with 5000 iu of epo 3x/wk...that's not possible.

All,
Thanks for your help. Resetting the Torque function did not work. But, adding a bit of lube to the rear skewer fixed the problem.
