Adding a 'little' volume to OS long run

On Monday, I have 20 weeks to go until IM Coz...and, I am doing the OS right now, and will be in OS until 10 weeks out from IM Coz.  So, here is my question:

What are the haus' thoughts on my adding a little volume, just on an 'as I feel' basis to my weekend longer OS run?  When I say 'adding volume', I am really talking about putting maybe 30' of z1 time on top of the workout just to enjoy a little extra time out on the road/trails...

Just FYI - this inquisition is more about me just enjoying some nice, hot training weather, and NOT because I am thinking I just have to get more miles in...in other words, it is more for the fun of it.

Thoughts?
