UFO chains
Does anyone use UFO 10 speed chains?
I have a question when I pull it out of the plastic package and measure it with my park tool cabin measured it doesn't even register at 0.0, ie it's loose in the measuring tool.
Has anyone else experienced the same? Next ? how do you know when it's worn out?

I use 11 speed chains and use wax for lube and replace them and the chain rings and cassettes reasonably often. So I am not the best person to answer your question.
This is a pretty good discussion of the subject.
I have specific race chain, cassette and chain rings. Once a season, get a new chain and break it in, then wax it, and only use it for races. The next season's OS, it becomes my training chain. I replace chain rings and cassettes every 2 to 3 seasons. The old race rings and cassettes become my training ones etc.
