I hope this email is finding you happy and healthy. Even if you are disappointed by a recent race cancellation (or postponement), there is plenty to be grateful for if you just look around. More people are walking and exercising than ever before. Spring is around the corner. You earned the “unemployed” badge on Zwift for riding 14 days in a row. You know, the normal things.

There’s not much normal about what’s happening right now, and the first step forward is just acknowledging it. The next step is then turning this situation into some kind of a positive, or as much positive as you can. This week we aim to help you do just that with an article on challenge management, another inspirational podcast and more!
