how do I enter about 10 years’ worth of weight tracking (from an excel sweets) in WKO4? Is there a simple import? How do I enter these manually?

I think the only direct way into WKO is through the details tab, so 10 keying in data one entry at a time. https://help.trainingpeaks.com/hc/en-us/articles/360030952172-How-to-view-and-track-TrainingPeaks-athlete-metrics-in-WKO5
If the data was in TrainingPeaks or Garmin Connect, you could sync with WKO, but with Excel, I think you are stuck.
Thanks @Tom Glynn
@Dave Tallo You should consider getting a smart scale. I have a Withings model that auto uploads data to TrainingPeaks which then syncs to WKO. Way easier!
Hey @Dave Tallo - what if you uploaded a csv of your weights to garmin connect , sunched garmin connect with training peaks, and from training peaks to wko?
here is an link for csv → garmin connect

@Rich Stanbaugh - I think that's the way. If it is, you saved me hours of individual entry (every time I enter a weight in WKO, the program then needs a good 30 seconds to deal with it ... so it adds up).
So far. I'm getting errors when I try to upload a constructed csv file to GE, but I think it's due to errors in creating null fields that would normally be in a fitbit file. The link you shared gives the field names, but I have to take another run at it.
Another option I'll try in importing csv data to a Withings account, and synching that with GE.
Appreciate the tip.
@Rich Stanbaugh very cool! Thanks for the link!
