[EN] 100 Days of Running Left in 2020 🎟

Run Durability is the foundation of our early season work. But the real fun starts beyond building healthy habits and start setting healthy goals.

The Fall is all about running inside Endurance Nation. What used to be a season-ending fun run with a half marathon has turned into a critical part of our overall season infrastructure.

Endurance Nation athletes now leverage our run durability approach to prepare for the upcoming season. Divided into three separate months, the Run Durability Program enables athletes to incrementally build strength, confidence, and fitness over the course of the winter.

While in-season running is all about setting new personal bests, the Fall running is all about staying in the right zone.

Along the way, we create incremental challenges to keep people on track and engage. 2020 has been tough without any races, and so challenges like these become more and more significant.
