The best part of starting a new season is reflecting on what you were able to achieve. Forget thriving, most of us have just been surviving the trainwreck that has been 2020.

But that’s not really a problem when you work with a seasonal approach as we do here inside Endurance Nation. Every year has a focus, with goals, of course. But that also means that each year is its own entity -- in the case of Twenty Twenty, we get to put that into a nice tiny box far up on the shelf and just move on dot com.

The planning process for 2021 begins with your current level of fitness, body composition, and general review of your overall physical and mental health. Then we talk about events and the related goals -- the fun part! What are you training for and what do you want to achieve!?

Regardless of when your race actually is, we begin each year with an OutSeason block. This 14-week training period is a chance to build critical strength and durability. Consider it your foundation for the adventures that follow. The best part is you do this alongside a crew of more than 150 athletes. Work hard, celebrate, repeat.

Tune in this whole month to learn more about the OutSeason and how you can make 2021 more than just a rebound - we can make it a breakthrough season.
