Outseason for Triathletes (Bike Focus) Plan week 6 question

Starting in week 6 on Sunday - my 7th day of week it has the following workout.

Bike Bonus Pre Run1

Run Long

I want to do both, however, I live in Denver so cold climate, if I bike before, I'll be super sweaty, to go run outside afterwards is doable but I'd probably freeze. Any ideas on what do, should I run first?

    Since the bike is a pre-run workout, I'd bike and then take 5-10 mins to swipe the sweat off/dry off and change into appropriate running attire.

    You body will continue to sweat before you start running and you might be cold initially, but after the first 1-2 miles, I'm no longer cold. Also, be careful not to over dress because you will quickly warm up, especially at TRP pace.
