[EN] Who Is Afraid of Big Bad Winter? 🌨

Whether or not you are excited about the snow, being outdoors to train brings a certain level of energy and awareness that can't be matched.

Not every winter work out should be about intervals, wattage, or speed. Make sure you set time aside at least once every two weeks (if not more often) to explore the great outdoors. You'll be glad you did!

This weeks newsletter is all about motivation and sticking to the plan. All the challenges we've had recently, it's easy to feel as though you've earned the "I can do anything" merit badge.
