Running Form, Swimming Focus, New Events and a Course Invitation π¨
This week's newsletter has more content than your Netflix subscription...we hope you are ready!
Welcome to another week inside Endurance Nation. We have been super busy here behind the scenes planning real-world events and more learning opportunities for our members and you, our audience. The season is right around the corner and, fingers crossed, we will be outside enjoying our fitness really soon.
However, moving from where we are now to where we want to be isn't as simple as it seems. There's a lot to be done both from a training perspective and logistically, and we cover those transitions in this edition of our newsletter.
I also want to highlight the early access invitation you have to a new course that we are releasing in May for athletes looking to get back on track. This four-week course will give you information, guidance, and community to get your training back on track as rapidly as possible. If you are interested in the Fast Tracking Your Endurance Course, you can request early access via this form: https://endurancenation.us16.list-manage.com/track/click?u=54dc221df5218e0dafff46b51&id=291b035980&e=46eef5a3a8
Thanks and have a great week!

There are many different ways to think about running form but most of them take you down the wrong path. Why? Running form is an easy way to dive too deeply into the minutiae of running itself. Running is much more than just an equation of many individual things added up. Running is movement. Itβs rhythm. Itβs freedom.
