Bike transport to IM Timberman

I am doing IM Timberman next month. For past out-of-state triathlons, I have depended on TriBikeTransport to get my bike to the location. Unfortunately, they do not serve IM Timberman.

I do not have a bike case but will consider buying one if it is the best thing to do (for future events, I am sure I will need it).

Does any one have suggestions on the best way to get the bike from Atlanta to NH for the race?

If I need to buy a case, what case do you suggest (I have a Scott Plasma with Zipp wheels).

And, what is the best way to ship the bike in the new case if I need to do that? Should I prearrange it with a local bike shop?

We have a thread on bike cases related to the TOC, you should try searching the wiki for bike transport or bike cases; bump this if that's no good!
