Power tap going in and out of communication

 Hi - 

So a little bit of a scare with a week to go before IMLP.  On my long ride this weekend, my Power Tap went out of commission a few times.  The screen wouldn't go completely blank , but all the values would go to flat like the hub wasn't communicating with the computer, and then a couple minutes later it would start reading again.  I just changed the battery in the hub about 3 weeks ago.  Before I bang on the hub a few times, any suggestions on things to try to get it working smoothly?  I was thinking of opening up the hub and just making sure the battery was plugged in securely.

    Have you been riding in the rain recently? I had exactly the same experience shortly after a waterlogged few weeks of training. I ended up taking the cover off and keeping the wheel in a dry place indoors for a few days, and this seemed to have remedied the problem.
