OK, so I don't want to get my butt kicked and wonder if I can get the 8 lessons delivered all at once? I am doing IM Canada in 5 weeks so have waited too long to get started.l

I've accelerated the delivery of the course so that the lessons hit your inbox about every 3-4 days vs 1/wk. Does this work?

hummm Rich, been a few days now since i registerd but no emails re race 101.

RnP, getting close to ironman canada and I have yet to benefit from this series. I registered twice using 2 different emails in case spam filter was blocking. anyhow i finally recieved lesson 1 with zero links.

Any way to get all in one package? I am scary fit after EN training and would not want to blow it and get kicked in the nutz.

Would it help if I posted in general forum to see if anyone downloaded stuff and they could forward to me.

I have read the 4 keys at the start so no hangup there.
