New saddle equals ahhhhhhh

I just switched from a Selle Italia SLR xp to a Cobbs Vflow and all I can say is ahhhhhhhhhhh. The boys are happy again. Went to my LBS shop last night and we started working on what would work for me. With a few adjustments I could really feel the difference just on the short time on the trainer. Took it out for an hour today and felt even better, I am glad I finally made a switch.

I was so much more comfortable in the bars today that I could push it more as I was not fidgeting around to get comfy. If you are thinking about it and you have time before your A race go for it.

Also they told me that if after several rides it does not feel good, bring it back so that is even better

  • I don't have the same, um, equipment, but I love my CobbVflow. It's a winner.
  • Cobb Vflow + DZ Nuts = soft tissue heaven.
  • Which model Vflow do you guys have? I have the max and plus right now testing out...
  • Mine just says Vflow on it.

  • I have been using the VFlow Plus for a few months now.  same result, now I only stand up once or twice during my ride and thats more to stretch than anything.  This winter when I go back to the road bike I am getting another one.

  • Thanks for the post... I have been eyeballing this seat for some time... Looks like I am now in the market for one.
  • There nothing like getting rid of the pain of a saddle that doesn't work for you.  I recently purchased a specialized comp and the stock saddle did not work for me.

I was on a arione tri and think the thicker nose was the problem.  I have looked at the cobb saddles and will again after IMC as I think my saddle need to be changed out soon.  The return policy from cobb is great if you buy it direct so I assume the LBS will get the same consideration.
