While browsing the Christmas /holiday wish list thread I saw a list from Beth S that said "good itunes mixes for running/riding."  What is the music you suffer or cruise to over the winter?

    I dont have any music in my pain cave... Its just realy painful!
    I need to get an Ipod or something for music since Its really early and I cant wake the baby up or my legs will get broke!
    Im an anomaly I played trumpet for 10 years through college but I dont listen to much music?! So Ill have to take all of your advice...

    For some reason I can't make an imix.  This is 2 hours that has recovery and warm up time.  Also set up for me to skip through.  60 minutes and I would be stuck with the same songs and I can't handle that.

    Who has Songza on their phones? I listen to the EDM Channel under the Dance-Techno/House music. It has a beat and is not too annoying.
