PMC numbers and race prep

 Are there numbers that are common for athletes to hit as far as TSB, CTL, and ATL are concerned when entering a race?  Those of you who have worked with many power files and WKO quite often, do you see a trend in what average athletes do?  Just wondering if there is a common thread out there or is it too individual?  Sorry if it is a confusing question, I'm still trying to master wko!  Thank you!
