Foam roller: I hate you/ I love you

They say that love and hate is a fine line. For me, this line is actually a cylinder. A foam cylinder about 3 feet long. I know it is good for me and I always feel better after but so much pain during. I am a ball of knots, until I am done with the foam roller.

When ever i travel , I bring mine. When watching TV I use mine. When finishing a run, I think about mine. I love my foam roller.
