Paging WSM Chris W: IM Canada tips?

Hey Chris,

You posted briefly on some of the IM Canada ´Look For´s´ a few weeks ago.    That, plus your success on the course, makes me think you have it as figured out as anyone does.   

Can you be enticed to post a general Ironman Canada 101 tipsheet?  I´d be really interested in broad strokes dealing with overall race strategy and applying the EN rules to the specific characteristics of this course.  

In exchange, I promise I´ll let you pip me again at our next race .
