Here you go...looks like you are doing everything right, but could be that slightly low cadence + heat just did you in.



Actions steps this weekend:

* Plan gears off of 235 FTP

* Hydrate well day before, add salt. etc.

* Proper pre-ride meal of 750-1000 cals, about 2 hrs pre ride.

* Commit to 300 cals per hour (not 250).

* Make sure 1,000 mg of sodium across all sources, your water intake looked good.

* Have mojo booster at 4hr mark (caffeine pill? caffeine gel?)
