Tapering question.

I did my IMRR#2 23d before IM, and 3.5hr brick 18d before IM.
Do you think there is a risk of deconditioning the endurance fitness if I would NOT do the 3 hr brick scheduled 9d before (per EN Plan)?.....just to err on being more rested.......I could compromise and do the brick but just do IM Target Wattage only?....Thoughts

I think that's a good plan and doing less, vs more, isn't going to hurt you on race day. That said, if you feel up to it, you might want to do some harder riding as you feel. But up to you.

Bottomline is.......as long as frequency and intensity is maintained, does it take longer than 3 weeks to lose ENDURANCE fitness?
Bottomline is I think you are thinking too much about the impact of one workout, across 6-9mo of training, on your race day performance. Within that context, no, missing this ride will not booger your race.
To answer your broader question about lost endurance over three weeks, my experience is that you'll be just fine as long as you maintain the frequency and keep some intensity, ie, follow our training plan.
Bottomline, there isn't much that you can do to make things better in the last 3wks (making up missed homework, stuff like that) but there is a lot you can do to screw things up. When in doubt, do less.
