Weekly Weigh In - 9/8
Not sure if Gordon is still out... but wanted to get this going before I forgot... here's the link to the spreadsheet: https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc...l=en#gid=0
I'm up a bit this week from last, but not too much and not too surprised - I went to the beach this past weekend with friends and didn't follow my primal "diet" that closely and drank a lot more wine that I typically would on a weekend... so, I'm at 129. Still hoping to be 125 in a few weeks for my first IM RR... we'll see. I think that's doable, or I'll be close. The trick will be holding it steady!
Hope everyone else is doing well... particularly the IMWI folks who are tapering!

I was at exactly my goal weight this morning of 135...now just need to hold steady for 4.5 weeks.
Becky,
Thanks for getting this going. I am travelling for work. I estimate 221 that's +6 post IM.

199.5 I am now in the same century mark as Ancona. Matt, it is so good to be here!
That's a real, reasonably hydrated, legit weight. Not a "post-10 mile run in the heat with no water" type of weigh in, I am so excited. I would like to thank the academy and all my friend's who....*sniff...who believed in me! *BWAAAAAAAAAA
First time under 200 for over a decade so it feels real good. I was officially at 204 on IMLOU race day but that was with clothes and absurdly hydrated. May I never see the dark side of 200 again.
Mark, that's tremendous news! Congrats!
I have lost a ton of weight but that is not a sight I would wish on anyone. There was a lot of screaming going on for different reasons. My poor children.
Good job, Mark. My goal is to go sub-Clydesdale (< 200 lbs.) by end of year.
My weight is still hovering 208ish. This is first thing in the morning weigh-in weight as well. Tapering last week and this so didn't expect weight loss. Just holding steady until the HIM this weekend. But throttling back the eating is a challenge in itself.

Mark....Congrats on the sub 200
@mark, how are you going to live with yourself, you are going to have to race those "skinnies" instead of Clydesdales!
