Can't change my profile picture

 Hi,

I have been trying to change my profile picture, and haven't been successful.  After I choose a file and upload, no picture update.  I tried with diff. size of picture with no success.  Could you please advise?

    Yasko, is the one that is showing now...the one you want? You may have to hit refresh. I have noticed that even though it does not look like a new picture upload worked it really did. Ill work on that...

    Hi, yes, this is the picture I want, but my profile pic still shows my old one.

    I clicked on your profile and both pics are the same, so I think you are okay!

    Not a high priority, but it's still not fixed.. I have my old photo in my profile page, but a diff pic when I post image

    so strange. when I look here and click on your proflie, the images are exactly the same. last week they were of you running IMLou, this week you are smiling in chica visor. Please send me a link to the picture you DO want and I can try to figure it out! P

    FWIW- I'm having the same problem. I upload the file, it goes through 100%, says "waiting for endurancenation.us......" and then nothing happens.

    Nemo, after Coach P and Tech guy suggested that I clear cache, cookies, temp files, etc. from my system, it works fine now. Your system might be retaining your old data.

    and for anyone else ending up here...please make sure your EN links are all starting with: members.endurancenation.us/ That's the way the site is now "routed" and any other version (aka with dnn in it) will lead to some caching issues...

    I was having the same issue...uploaded a profile picture and it didn't display...checked it on another computer and it was there...so looked up how to clear the cache (leaving the rest of the stuff in place)...that worked.

    For Internet Explorer:

    - Alternatively, clear your cache for just the current page you're visiting. Press and hold [Ctrl] on your keyboard, then Press [F5] or click on the Refresh button (square button on the toolbar with opposite-facing arrows).
