Weigh in 9/15

I will try to check the spreadsheet but currently at work.  Here it is:

I am still in post IM mode and did not even get on the  scale.  I have probably gained 1 or two more but still below 225lbs.  I plan to hit the gym next week to work on balancing my leg strength.  I will also be getting back to unstructured, what ever I feel like workouts.

  • Back up to 105 post IMWI :-) Let's see if I can stay there this winter!
  • Between taper last week and hobbling post-race this week I am up 1.5 lbs. to 209.  I am starting back on my eating regimen to get down to sub-Clydesdale.

  • I'm either at or slightly above last week... which is up from where I was 2 weeks ago... but still in my standard "normal" range (128 +/-2), around 129.  I think being out of town for the race and being off my training and clean eating routine was part of the problem as well as the timing (my heaviest week of the month)... I'm thinking race weight won't happen for the AV/first RR next weekend (or if it does it's a fluke) but am still optimistic I can get there for the second RR before FL.

  • Hey Guys, I seem to be holding around 137 ... I've been down to 135 a few times and notice my recovery is suffering. Looks like all the swimmng has built my upper body back up and I may not be able to hold 135 this year.

    We'll see what happens for the next few weeks as I attempt to taper.
  • I'm planning on jumping back in on this again next week and heading through the winter/spring with it.  Many props and kudos to Gordon for keeping this thing rolling along!!! 

  • hey peeps. couldn't help resist the topic of this thread.

    1. how do I log my info on this spreadsheet? Is there a challenge to the biggest loser, or who fulfills theirs goals?

    2. How do you set it up so that in your signature, you can write your current and goal FTP, weight, vDot, etc....

    I want to be at 170  next time ironman and I challenge. currently at 187, but I also want to maintain my FTP ;-)

  • Funny morning.  Woke up this morning and hopped on the scale and I was at 207.5.  .5 down from 2 weeks ago.  Guess maybe the water from the sodium I was eating has gone away.  Whatever the reason, I am happy.
