Cinnamon Almonds
INGREDIENTS
1 egg white
1 teaspoon cold water
2 cups whole almonds
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
Preheat your oven to 250 degrees. Meanwhile, beat the egg white and water until frothy. Add the nuts, and stir until well coated. Mix the sugar, salt, and cinnamon, and sprinkle over the nuts. Toss to coat, and spread evenly on the prepared pan.
Bake the nuts for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes. Allow to cool, then store in airtight containers.

Of course not! There's egg whites--a good source of cholesterol-free protein and almonds which allegedly have "good fats".
Unless you mean they're evil because there's no salted pork products in them...
