Ah...we knew this question was coming
Our platform is a training PLAN platform, not a training LOG. As coaches, we are about:
* the quality of the training plan
* the quality of supporting resources for that plan
* the quality and ease of support you find for that plan form the members and coaches.
So when designing the platform we focused on writing kickass plans, parking kickass content next to those plans, and then making it stoopid easy for you to get support from me, Patrick and the team when you have questions.
Basically, we are coaches, not programmers, and have no interest or business trying to create something to compete with TrainingPeaks, WorkoutLog, or the dozen other training logs out there. Many of our members use those tools or roll their own via speadsheets, word docs, cocktail napkins, etc.
So, short answer is there is no space for tool for you to upload your training data into your training plan account. However, you can always post any question you like, any workout summary, etc in the forums and the coaches and team will help you right away. We have some very, very, very smart datatypes on this team who are always happy to help others.
I had that logging question too. I find myself looking at continuing to log (and graph, analyze, see plan vs. actual, time in HR zones, manage nutrition, etc) in www.beginnertriathlete.com and utilizing EN for the plan and forum and general awesomeness and not-quite-so-beginnerishness. And Iโm working on getting a power meter right now and not sure how to pare down the sites Iโm using to manage my data. Is there another site thatโs better than BT or otherwise recommended? Iโve been using it for four years and LOVE it but honestly havenโt been shopping around.
Thanks!
So we all keep our own logs, I use WKO+ and Garmin Connect personally, but just share the important workouts / excepts from those logs when needed.
