Trial Screencast #3: The Wiki
Folks -
By now you have probably heard us mention the power of the Team so many times you are wondering what this supernatural force is that you have never heard of before. It's certainly abstract, and hard to explain, but think of it this way. With a 1:1 coach relationship, you have the mindshare of one person, who maybe coaches 10-15 athletes a year. Across a season, they might have 15 -20 data points on racing...whereas inside Endurance Nation we have that many every weekend. As a result, our training plans and racing guidance are constantly being improved and refined, and not just by the coaches. Most of our members are wicked smart, and the nature of our forum ensures that everyone from kona-qualifier to total-newbie has a voice and a chance to both share and learn.
Nowhere is this more evident than in our Wiki, the living breathing document that is Endurance Nation. Forumulated by the coaches but amended by the members, the wiki contains the latest and greatest "official" knowledge of EN. Sure the forums are a great place to talk, share, and debate things...but once it's become accepted, we move it over to the wiki so anyone can find what they need.
Think about it. 400+ folks working together to make the guidance relevant, effective, and easy-to-use. It's easy to see why there is nothing else like EN in the triathlon space.
