Plan Updates

Hi and please forgive me if I missed this information somewhere else.

It seems as though EN is constantly updating information and making changes/tweeks to plans.  I think that this is great because we must always learn from the past and try to improve.  I'm considering purchasing an OS program and I was wondering if the OS plans to have minor/major updates this winter?  On the same thought pattern, how about the 12 week IM plans?

    I asked a similar question on another thread. It doesn't sound like the basic components of the plan are likely to change much since last year. Apparently the coaches are going to call out the blocks a bit more clearly (VO2, etc.). Other than that, it sounds like the basic format will stay pretty close to last year. I'm sure there will be changes, but more evolution than revolution. Join the team and you'll always have the latest and greatest!

    @Brent, per our internal schedule the OS plans will be released in October, and the IM/HIM plans in January. Any person who has purchased an OS plan since 7/1/10 will get an upgrade option....
