This thread gets big quick, slowing down the forum, so we have to do some periodic admin magicification.

Da Rules:

  • Original Posters (you) and Coaches only. No member to member conversations or help please.
  • No questions beyond the intent of this thread. That is, nothing about gear, nutrition, racing, etc.
  • We do our best to turn these around within 24hrs. That said, we like our weekends too so, if you post at Friday midnight about your Saturday AM workout...you're generally on your own .
  • If we miss or skip your question...kindly just post a "bump" or similar reminder to us to the thread and we'll see it.
