Having a problem accessing the Welcome to OS Vid. Can access the audio, but would like to see the vid. Any ideas why this bad boy is not loading up.

Can you tell us what video specifically? Give us a link to it? We have...many videos

Sometimes the videos can take a while to load, depending on your internet connection, etc. I suggest you click on it and wait a while (like do something else)...if it NEVER loads for you, that's a separate issue!

I ran into that issue after pausing it. Had to restart the video... Sorry, i dont have a fix for you...

The vids in the OS Trial membership section. I can get the audio but not the vids to load up. The pic comes up white.

@Brenda, the week 2 video loads for me, but not week 1....working on it!!!
