Data Tool

I just joined as a full member yesterday. I initially had some issues getting access to the training plans and all of the forums. I completed the survey and wanted to get into the Data Tool to set up some training zones, etc while waiting on the plan but can't get access. It doesn't allow me to log in using my user name and password.

Probably operator error (me) but wondering what I am doing wrong.

Joe, the data tool issue is on our table to fix today. We have run across some cross-platform authentication issues...please stay tuned...I am hitting this surveys this AM, promise!!!

Hi Patrick - Still having problem accessing the Data Tool. When I click on the link at the top of the page (menu bar), I get a second window pop up asking for my login and password. When I loggin, I get an error code: "Login Failed. Please try again"

Help.

When I click on the Training Tab, I get the following:

You do not have access to view this tab within the portal.

Also, when I hover on the tab, and then click Data Tool, I get referred to a 'vBulletin Message':
