Weigh in 9/22

So here we are almost to the October OS.  I will commit to setting up a new spreadsheet for the start of the October.

I did not get on the scale this morning, but I did get a workout clothes out for tomorrow.

  • I'm back on track ... 135.2 with 2.5 weeks to drop .2 !!!
  • Matt- you can drop that .2 with a simple BM!!!! Consider yourself at goal buddy!

    I can't believe I haven't gained any weight since Moo- considering my IM appetite is in full force while I've been sitting on the couch doing nothing! I don't expect that good luck to last much longer. Better get myself back on track!
  • Hmmmm...  Becky started the same thread today.  :-)

    Hopped outta bed and got on the scale.  206.5!  Down another pound since last week.  I think I have lost at least 1 pound a week for the past 10 consecutive weeks.  WOOHOO!

     

  • Holding steady at 185. Had a break down this past weekend and ate very poorly. Back on track this week. Hoping to lose the last 5lbs by Oct. race.
  • I didn't see that the thread had gotten started, so I started one... no worries... here's that post:

    I'm not sure if anyone is still keeping track... hope I'm not the only one still racing (well, I know I'm not)... what I really hope is that Ancona isn't lighter than me.  That would just be depressing.

    After traveling 4 of the last 6 weekends, I'm finally back to where I was, in my "normal" weight range (128.6).  I'd hoped to be at race weight for my first RR this weekend, but that wasn't in the cards... but I'm feeling good, running well, the clothes are fitting, etc... so hopefully by RR 2 I'll be at 125.  

  • I am down this week with 8 weeks to go till IMAZ. Still lots of work to do. keep it up!
  • Hasan and I have a friendly little wager going. First one down 13 lbs from today's weight gets to pick the prize. We agreed that my spouse, kids, bike and rollerblades were off limits and he had some limitations but ya'll chime in on thoughts. I though an EN visor!
  • Ha!!!! Let's clarify one thing - this is not friendly in any way... However, we are still not agreed on what Sheryls gonna sacrifice, so I need some help with ideas and suggestions. PLEASE ;-) the saucier, the better- nuff said....
  • I'd like to join an add my data. I'm getting out of control since Moo and have gained 8 pounds! I fear it may be more, and I was in the 130s, so that's a big percent increase. I start my OS next week.

    Actually traveling now and not doing too well on the food and booze. So I need some accountability!
