I have the Thule T2 XTR and the extra 2 bike extension. Mostly just use the 2 bike portion, but being able to put on the extension and take 4 bikes is way cool.

I think all of you deserve an explanation. First, it is NOT as simple as a "server issue". We were prepared in advance with plenty of server capacity. The issue is some old software and custom code that is the back end and drives all of our formulations. What we do is not simple, there is a ton of math that flies around our website. It's not an excuse, just the reality of what we do. We pride ourselves at quick turnarounds, I don't like the fact that we wasted some of your time, and for that we apologize.
The future:
We will be rolling out our new website in the next month. We have been working on it for about a year. We are very happy because the system will be more simple, the website will be easier to navigate and it will have much more information. It will be completely new and a vast improvement over the old website (that is now 7 years old). We have grown exponentially, the website needs to reflect that.
