For an Ironman?

Funny story. I was on a group ride this morning talking with this guy. He happens to be very strong, going to Kona this year after a 10:05 at IMWI in '09. He was asking me if I ride a  trainer in the winter. I told him I did but never for more than an hour and most of that time is at threshold. He said, "For an Ironman?" Yup.
