Problem with private messaging- Error- index out of range.

I was trying to send a personal message today but received a "Critical error- index out of range" alert. I suspect I'm not the only one. Hope we can get it resolved.

This error happens when we update the system. Please do a HARD REFRESH on your computer: shift+apple+R on MAC, on PC = Can't remember; then you should be good to go!
