Weigh in 9/29

So this is it for September.  For those doing a late season race keep up the good work. 

I will get a new spreadsheet up for next Wednesday when the OS starts up.  I personally will just start weighing myself next week.  My OS start will be November.

  • Yes, thanks Gordon. Amazingly I haven't gained a huge amount since IMWI. I thought for sure the scale would be up at leaste a pound or two this morning since I'm not training at IM volume. This weekly weigh in keeps me on track and reminds me I can't eat IM volumes right now!
  • thanks, Gordon!  5.5 weeks from race day... not where I hoped to be (125), but not far either (holding steady in the 128ish range - today 128.8, last week 128.6)... Definitely better than the 139 I was when I started OS.  Clothes fit again (finally), I feel strong, and when it's not a zillion degrees outside (or humid), I can hit my run pace zones... so I'll be A-OK if I can hold it steady and not gain leading up to (or after) IMFL.

    Weighed myself right after rolling out of bed this morning and lost another pound!  Down to 204.5!  When I break 204 it will be the lightest I have weighed in 20+ years!   I am so close to sub-Clydesdale I can almost taste it!

  • Down to goal race weight of 145. Woohoo!
  •  Sorry everyone, I gained 1.2 this week!!!  Sam Adams is killing me, and for some reason I'm addicted to sausage egg and cheese on a bagel this fall.
