Power Agent Download Problem

Hey guys,

When trying to download my last 3-4 rides into Power Agent, it shows no data - it seems to read the PT okay but then gives me a download window that's blank. This is the first time I'm downloading data since changing the battery - could this be the problem? Anyone know how to troubleshoot this?

could your pt have deleted your rides since you took the battery out? Does data show up on the head unit when you turn it on?

The PT computer doesn't appear to be saving any of the data...hmm.
