Bike testing commences in 48 hours! I've got a hard day at work on Monday so I'm going to have to get up early to crank it out. Gonna put the trainer tire on and load up the bike today so I can roll out of bed and climb on at 5AM on Monday. Post-up your test results and tales of pain here!

HERE WE GO! Actually, I started a couple weeks ago. I'm going to be taking off a couple weeks before/after Marine Corps Marathon, so I'm already on week three. I'll get back in line in November. Anyway, my first ever FTP test had me at 233. Hopefully I can look back at this post in 5 months and be proud of a significantly higher number. Good Luck everybody.
