Welcome to the October OS Group
Hi and welcome to the Ocober OS Group!
Purpose the Group:
To create a space where TeamEN members, all doing the OS plan with a start date of October, can network, create accountability and generally support each other.
The Coaches Do Not Monitor Groups
We occasionally poke our heads in here to make sure the music is good, the beer is cold, and generally that the social, fun, accountability stuff is still kickin'. However, we do NOT monitor these groups for coaching, training, racing, or admin questions. Remember, if you need to find us we are always in the Micro and Macro Threads.
That said, we strongly encourage you to ask any question you like in here to gather the feedback of your peers. For many TeamEN athletes, this is the 2-4th OutSeason with us. These folks know of what they speak...please pay attention to their wealth of knowledge and experience.

It's always so exciting to embark on a new plan. Remember buying school supplies every August??? This is kind of like that! New bike test, new resolve! Can't wait to see what we all accomplish.
