Training Peaks won't recognize PowerTap

Got first Powertap wheel and computer. Took a while but I got it up and recording off Bike.

When i tried to upload into Training Peaks software, I got a message saying there was an error and TP did not recognize device.

Where is the next best place to go for help?  Training Peaks?  Powertap? Other party?

Thomas- two things to check. First, check to be sure the USB Port selected is the one that the Powertap is attached to. It doesn't just default to the right one. Second, make sure the LYC is WELL seated in that USB doc thingy. I know this sounds obvious, but it's a VERY common first timer error because those little docks are super tight when they are new. SO make sure it's well seated and that the display on the LYC says "HOST". If it doesn't say HOST, you don't have it in the dock right.

are you using the Device Agent software to upload the data? Are you directly importing into WKO and then uploaded to TP?

I assume LYC is the little yellow computer?  Thanks for your help--did not say "host" and I agree that the cradle is funny. will check on this tonight

 worked with Powertap folks today. They were easy and helpful. Looks like a cradle problem so I am getting a new one
