Pasting in pictures of season plans

I should be able to do this, but I can't seem to get it.  I'm trying to paste in a picture of my season plan from the spreadsheet so I can get comments from the group, but I can't seem to paste the picture.  I know a lot of people have figured this out.

Although I am a newbie and don't know the best way to do it, I do know at least one way that works. Build your schedule as a spreadsheet and then cut and paste it into MSWord as a table. That table then pastes into the forum just fine. I saw at least one person who pasted in a JPG image but I suspect most pasted in tables because it seems possible to highlight individual words/characters...

It took a few tries to figure this out. I am curious how most do it. It was weird that I couldn't just paste from the spreadsheet but I couldn't.

I personally print the screen or do a screen shot and upload the image to my profile...then can insert that with [img src=""] tag.. . Note you need to replace the [ and ] with < and > for it to work.
